Good drink or Bad?

If it has added sugar, I'd stay away from it. In addition, it's probably inferior in antioxidants to freshly brewed green tea. Making your own is probably a lot healthier (and cheaper).

It's probably not as healthy as normal green tea, but it's still healthy

Their regular green tea has almost 20 grams of sugar for every cup....not exactly what you'd call healthy

There aren't many acceptable bottled drinks. Commercially made foods and drinks nearly always use ridiculously unnecessary amounts of sugar or HFCS, salt, bad fats, etc. Drink water when you are out. Have water or just brewed tea in a restaurant. Brew your own tea at home.

HonestTea is actually very good.

But you could even just put a tea bag in a water bottle. It brews in a couple of hours.

Powdered tea might also work, although I'm not sure how well it disolves in room temperature-cold water
