Are there two types of Oxytetracycline 250mg tablets?

The doctor I saw just before christmas told me to take 2 Oxytetracycline 250mg tablets twice a day to treat the redness on my face. I would like to know if there are two types of Oxytetracycline 250mg tablets, because when I went to the doctors to find out what was causeing my face to go red back in march last year she said that it was because something was pouring from my eyes, which caused my face to turn red. She told me to take one tablet twice a day and when I did that the problem went stright away. Is it because the doctor I saw before christmas was a different one compared to the one I saw in March, meaning that he has gave me a different type of tablets?
