You might want to consider taking moisturizer out of your regimen if your skin is very oily. You'll only make it more oily by moisturizing.

And today I drank lots of water, and ate lots of chocolate. The latter isn't so great for my skin, but I have PMS and don't really care. :wall:

Washed with Jergens mild soap, and took my 1000 I.U Vitamin D tablet.

(Vitamin D for the last two months has improved amount of whiteheads)

It really is true. If your skin is already oily, then moisturizing can just make it worse. Why would you think otherwise? :|

Actually you need to use a moisturizer to properly hydrate your skin. When you skin is hydrated, you produce less oil.

I agree with TonyZ and ???.

The only reason my two zits turned into acne was because I never mousterized,

and COMPLETELY dried out my skin, loosing the acidic skin barrier needed to repel bad bacteria.

-Btw, Today I've also added in Pantothenic Acid.

That is a myth. Your sebaceous glands produce sebum at a continuous rate, and oil production is not affected by washing or moisturizing your face.

Well i installed a new shower filter and cleaned the showerhead

I did this last weekend. I think I like it. We have a lot of chlorine in our water.

I tried a new mask...manuka honey, rhassoul clay, and aloe. Pretty nice.

It was pretty cheap. They had a whole handheld showerhead at Lowe's for $35. It comes with a filter and the replacements were $15 for 2. It took a whole 20 mins to put in.

I don't know of any scientific evidence to support that claim and I bet you don't, either.

Why shouldn't a person be able to tell you what DOESN'T work? Instead of getting so upset, why not just listen to good advice and use it in finding your own cure? There is no miracle cure for acne. You have to figure out what works for you, and nobody can figure that out for you.
