Dans regiment and diet

Lets just say diet does affect my acne....

If I eat the "BAD" foods that aggervate acne...and then I do Dan's regiment..is it possible for Dan's regiment to stop the affects of the "BAD" acne causing foods???? Or will Dan's regiment not stop the affects that the "BAD" food have on my face????

No, it won't stop the affect 'BAD' food will have on your acne. Though I feel it's necessary to add that I believe all the acne-diet related hype is bullshit.

I consume large quantities of food and supplements on a daily basis and haven't noticed any negitive affect on my acne on the contrary, I'm clear.

^What works for you Ty, may not be BS for others. Just remember that everyone in this world is different. How come i'm not lactose intolerant or allergic to peanuts? Is lactose intolerance BS? =;

So if im on Dan's regiment and I eat "BAD" acne causing foods...I will break out even thow im on the regiment? :-k

So Dan's regiment has no effect on breakouts caused by "BAD acne causing foods"?

^Personally speaking, Dan's regimen worked well for me at suppressing almost all breakouts. Cystic and mild. That's the way his regimen works. With BP oxygenating your skin so it won't have a chance to breakout. You should be safe so long as you follow it to the T.
