Apple Cider Vinegar...in cole slaw

Can anyone tell me whether or not it is essential to take the ACV with water? If it isn't, there are great fresh-cole slaw recipes that have ACV as a key ingredient. I would much rather eat that as a side dish with every meal than try and drink it down. I would, of course, continue to drink a liter or two of water every day.

I would really appreciate a response...but not from naysayers about the ACV method - I'm not an advocate, just someone who is giving it a shot.

Why bother with making cole slaw when you can have a tasty salad with a simple ACV/Olive Oil dressing? Add some pepper, garlic, other spices. Delicious. :)
