Chlorella & Spirulina

since they're both high in chlorophyll they are very good for your overall health, especially your skin. greens are very good for your skin too as they contain lots of chlorophyll among many other vitamins (i also have a green smoothie every day and highly recommend it). I just started taking chlorella a few days ago and will let you know if i notice improvements, but i'm not sure how accurate my results will be cause i just stopped using topicals and have begun to avoid overeating. the best way to find out is to try it yourself.
