Awake at 9.00, down 350ml water

9.30, 7-8g of fiber (NSI psyllium husk) with 250ml follow by another cup of 200ml mixed with great plains bentonite detox 1 tablespoon/tbs and 1 pill of probotics (primal defence)

1200 lunch

1300 1 tbs of EFA (health from the sun), 1 tbs coconut oil, multi vitamin/mineral (my natrol my fav multiple), 1 fish oil pill (health from the sun), 10g of lecithin, 1 pill of N-Acetyl-Cystenine (NAC, a free form amino acid) (from twinlab)

1500 10g of green powder (perfect food from primal defence)

1630 7-8g of fiber with 250ml

1800 dinner

1900 Multi vitamin/mineral and 1 pill fish oil. Every 2-3 days add garlic supplement pill

Can you please advice?
