# of times-regimen

Hi-question for anyone out there....I just started the regimen yesterday and I have one stumbling block-I work out daily and always wash my face after my workouts....this would be #3 of the day....how do I fit this in to my regimen? Should I add a third time in the mix?, just use moisturizer?...etc

My other concern is that some of my workouts may be mid morning, and I fear that if I wash my face after this and don't reapply the regimen products, will they have enough time to work in just a few hours since my morning app?

Any suggestions would help greatly!!!

If you work out mid-morning, why not just do your morning regimen after the workout?

I usually work out in the afternoon; I shower after but don't wash my face. No extra moisturizer, nothing. It doesn't seem to make a difference, I still don't break out. Sweat itself won't cause acne.
