Folliculiits Scarrs (PF) =(

I've been dealing with Folliculiits for a year an 1/2 now and the scars left on my back keeps me depress and sad everytime I take my shirt off. After checking with a local dermatologist, he informed me that the folliculiitis is caused by Staph bacteria. I asked what can I take to eliminate the bacteria and recover my natural skin and he told me that I can use Anti-Bacterial soap. That was pretty much it. On my 2nd , 3rd and 4th visit to him... I left with the same message of " continue using anti bacterial soap !

My depression hit hard enough and I barely discovered this forum. I really want to remove the scarring and get my natural , normal skin back that I once had 2 years ago. If laser resurfacing is the answer, Im willing to go on with the procedure. Anything.... anything please :doubt:

Thank you all for your help in advance and Happy New year

im not sure i understand- are you trying to clear the scars left from folliculitis or the actual folliculitis itself? did the antibacterial soap that your derm kept recommding actually work?
