Going To Limit My Diet

Okay, so I've been limiting my diet for the past 4-5 days or so and not eating any dairy, wheat, or sweets.

I hear that gluten can make people have inflamed acne, which is what I always have...nasty inflamed whitehead acne. I definitely want to cut gluten out of my diet.

The past few days I've been eating a lot of oatmeal, but I should stop that, right? Stay away from grains completely? What exactly is gluten and what kind of foods is it found in?
