what treatment can be most effective for me?

i'm not sure what i should look for in laser treatments, dermabrasion, or chemical peels. i have lightly tan asian skin (korean). scarring isn't very serious, the blemishes are mostly due to hyperpigmentation from accutane course.

thanks for your input.

Probably the cheapest way to go is to get a red Led light because it is suppose to help with hyperpigmentation. It could take up to 3 months to see total effects though. A good thing about that is you can continue to use it even if you end up getting the other treatments.

There are bleaching agents you can get from a dermatolegist that interupts a tyrosine pathway and takes away hyperpigmentation also; but they don't always work 100%.

There is a lot of info on LED lights here under the light/laser treatments

Your skin looks pretty good to me though.
