Pork Skins?

Since we've all given up potatoe chips by now, how about pork skins every once in a while?

-0 G carbs

-Nothing added (no oils, etc)

-only ingredients are pork skins and salt (which doesn't seem to be anything REALLY high, compared to most potatochips etc...in the 400 mg's area per bag).

-I guess the only thing bad would be the fat per bag (around 20 G's).

I'm sure it isn't perfect, but doesn't it seem like a decent cheat snack that won't kill us?

consider this, its not the food but how your body responds to the food, so now why does your body respond to that food that way?? possible answer: nutrient deficiency, i suggest magnesium citrate drink natural calm.

you may be running on low reserves of vitamins and minerals if you were take alot more then the rda for just a couple weeks you will be operating at a greater capacity to produce all the necessary hormones needed to digest any food.

just an alternative philosophy to consider.
