Is this a good choice

Recommended Posts

Okay, I have really bad acne on my forehead and front of my neck. I'm halfway through the fifth week of my regiment. I use BP in the shower night and morning. I use Clindamycin right after the shower and apply retin a 2 hours after only at night. I am also on ERY tabs twice a day. Should I stick it out for a few more weeks before I give up because it doesn't seem to be getting better. I'm seeing a derm on Wednesday and I really don't want to do accutane. So does anyone think that this regiment will work with time??? Thank you so much.

Man, sersiouly, I've told everyone and I'll tell you again. Just trust me, dude. Do whatever you're doing, plus don't let tap water get on your face. Use filtered water. I'm pretty freaking sure you'll see great results (even dramatic). Best wishes. For inflmations and redness, rub pee on zits.

Mine was worse and for me this is what works:

1. Accutane (40 mg a day) + 1 capsule of derantox (an antioxidant capsule)

2. Clindamycin Phosphate Gel Mixed with Aloe Gel and a tiny amount of Benzoyl Peroxide twice a day

Though your face will dry up, the acne will all go away

use Cetaphil cleasing lotion to wash ur face

dont keep washing throughout the day

drink plenty of water

eat green vegetables and fruits

drink lemon juice
