Food help please

I recently came and got some great advice for dietary changes, I've posted pictures of improvement in my acne over the past 10 days. If you set your mind to it and follow through, it's amazing how fast the acne disappears. I've only mildy broken my diet once (had some chicken with spices on the skin) and I noticed that my face reacted overnight, producing zits and acne. Give it two weeks, you'll be happy you did.
