Does vinegar smell after you apply it

i have never used vinegar on my face. does it smell after you apply it. i dont want to smell all day. also, can i use a cotton ball to apply it or should i just use my hands. and what is the best kind of vinegar to use?

Ooooooooh yeah. Initially at least. It's best applied with a cotton ball. The most popular one going now is Apple Cider Vinegar (very strong smell). Also there's white vinegar and malt vinegar (the one that you eat with fries).

The smell goes "away" after a while, but if your body temperature ever raises (like when you exercise), you can start to smell it again.

It made me really paranoid at first...thinking that everyone on the subway could smell me. But ya, if you cover it with BP or something else then it should mask the smell for the most part. The more you dilute it, the less potent the smell.
