LLLT (LED) and hypertrophic scarrs

The lights won't do much on fixing scars if you aren't doing anything to improve them. The lights speed wound healing and collagen production so if you undergo a treatment which aims to produce new layers of collagen then the lights are perfect for this. Just shining the lights on your scarring by itself isn't going to do much though.

Hypertrophic scarring can be improved via dermaroller IF you aren't open to keloid scarring.
