I know this has been debunked by many studies, but it seems to me like a logical connection. All the studies ive read state that smoking and acne have absolutely no correlation. Smoking certainly makes the skin look worse and more saggy, but supposedly does not cause acne.

However, smoking does kill vitamins in your body. Most importantly vitamin C. Vitamins are important to maintaining good skin health. So if you are smoking then your body is not absorbing enough vitamins, therefore causing acne.

Now im not saying smoking is the cause of acne, or that it comes exclusively from that. Obviously most people don't smoke but many of them still have acne. I'm just saying with particular people maybe that is the main problem.
