Im just wondering. Im currentaly taking some supplements, 2 400mg vitamin E, 2 1000mg Vitamin C, 1 50mg zinc, and 2 1000mg of fish oil. Thats my daily intake.

but im sceptical on the fish oil, i don't know if i should be taking more of it, or less or what.

any suggestions or recomendations on anything would be great.

2000 mgs a day is over the recommended daily intake so I think it is more than fine. I take a lot of the same stuff and with consistent use, it does help. A bonus is that I hardly get sick anymore but I take 4000 a day of the vitamin c. Fish oil has given me a nice glow to my skin. Has helped the acne a bit, but I contribute that to diet changes and Tazorac.
