I was in the shower, and while washing my face I was getting some dead skin when I rubbed with my fingers. When this happens, I usually take the tiny, soft-bristled brush I have in there and gently massage the dead skin away. I have done this once or twice a week since my first month of treatment.

Well, I guess I got a little too aggressive today. I now have a red, sore area on my jaw. I don't see much damage, but you can tell I exfoliated too much. It is a bit tender and looks like a sunburn.

Guess I will have to be more careful and really baby that area for a while.
