What would be the best way to get rid of my scarring ?

Recommended Posts

Can someone recommend something for me to minimize my scars? I believe the scars around my temple are different than the ones around my cheek.

I'm looking for something I can do myself (order online, drugstore etc.). I was thinking of buying some sort of facial peel but I've read that retin-a could be an option as well since my scars are not *that* deep.

Thanks in advance!

The acne scar products you find online and in drug stores will not help ur scars fo away. If you buy products online and at drug stores, ur gonna end up trying different types of products which may be harmful for you skin. The only solution is to get the scar treatments in clinics which is very expensive. Good luck man. Having acne scars really sucks.

There is no quick fix to acne scarring. It is scar tissue over the normal skin. Retin-A WILL work, but it will take a long time(1 year maybe) to completely remodel your skin.

It looks like you still have active acne .. I would not do anything about the scars until you have the acne under control. I understand that you are tempted to work on it, but it will only lead to a bigger mess.

I really do not think your skin needs work done. Your scars are shallow and your skin looks good. I have seen others with your shallow scarring and it's no big thing. But if you still want to do something maybe dermaroller and wear sunscreen. I am not sure but just wanted to let you know your skin looks good to me.
