Sugar Intake.

I think no one has answered because there's no fixed consensus about about sugar except: "cut down as much as you can." Everybody's trigger foods are different. Keep an eye on your acne and see if it correlates to your sugar consumption. If you find it does, then try to cut it out and re-introduce it slowly and see how much you can handle. You could just cut it out completely, but I can't really advise someone to do something I'm not able to do myself. :D I love my sugar!
