just thought id say at day 4 of the regimen, theres a noticeable difference. face dried out for the first two days but starts going back to normal now. no new spots in th eprevious few days. have been applyin bp and moisturizer exactly like it says to, and have stuck to a pretty gd diet. mainly fruit and vegetables, pasta, soup, drinking lots of water and green tea, limited nuts and raisin and small amount of milk in the morning. im not eating any junk and only get sugar from fruit.

any more tips please post and if theres enough response and request ill keep updating this on how the regimen is working. cheerrs

the only thing in foods thats ever cause acne is excess of iodine.

cheers ballgot, can u give examples of foods with iodine in, any surely everyone reacts differently to different foods and whts in them.
