Proof of Benefits?

I've seen a few on Google implying immune system and anti-inflammatory benefits, though I don't have them on hand atm. I don't know about acne, but there are tons of convincing-sounding anecdotal evidence floating around if that's your thing. One acne ebook claims kefir as the ultimate cure. Plus, if you have candida, probiotics may improve acne, though not drastically I don't think.
