Clean Bulking Foods

I am avoiding dairy, carbs, and as much congesting food as possible. I am looking to add calories to my diet for bulking.

Anything I could eat besides:

Carrots

Coconut Oil

Cod Liver Oil

Peanuts

Chicken

Turkey Bacon

Collard Greens

Broccoli

Pumpkin Seeds

Apples

Strawberries

Blueberries

Potatoes

Tomatoes

well you left out your

blackberries

raspberries

peaches

plums

pears

pineapple

broccoli

spinach

cucumbers

zucchini

and all that good stuff. i dont think you want that though. Im kind of in the same boat as you i think. Its hard for me to get a lot of calories because i dont eat meat so i just eat a lott of random stuff. Ive lost so much weight recently, im the skinniest i have ever been. You should get some tortilla chips made with expeller pressed canola oil. you can dip those in a good healthy bean dip, salsa, hommus, or guacomole which is packed with calories. Also you could eat walnuts if you like them, i think theyre good, they have omega 3s

I'd add some organic ghee if you can get it, otherwise non-organic ghee is a decent option too as well as extra virgin olive oil. IMO, good fat (no vegetable oils or trans fats) is a great bulking tool (it's easy to add in calories using fat).
