AllieJay 0 Posted October 1, 2008 So my skin had been doing well lately, i was beginning to see some improvement well i ruined it all i picked and rubbed and irritated my skin to no end i have already read the post about picking ugg any ideas on how to fix some of the damage? First of all if that's you in your avatar picture; I wouldn't let acne bother you at all. If you catch my drift. In other words. Ahh I did what you did once in the shower and just scrubbed the shit outta ma face. Ya it f'd me over. Just don't do it. So you don't spread bacteria, irritate, and worsen your face.
