My Personal Log !

...but I don't mind a little encouragement!

So I'm deciding to take a more holistic approach when it comes to my skin; I truly believe now that anything too clinical only damages your skin further. But I'm not only doing this to achieve healthier skin, I want to improve my overall health because I believe it can only do great things for my life! So here goes...

DIET CHANGES

- Everyday:

- Water throughout, WITH LEMON to detoxify

- One green smoothie (bluberries, raspberries, almonds, broccoli, spinach, parsley, lemon juice)

- One all fruit smoothie with 2 tbs of Apple Cider Vinegar (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries lemon juice, pineapple)

- One glass of green tea

- One glass of Yogi Tea DeTox Tea

- More fruits and veggies

- No dairy; rice and almond milk only

SUPPLEMENT

- One-A-Day Teen Advantage for Her

TO START

- Cleanse with sea salt at night (hot water and natural Sea Salt - submerge face)

- Steam with sea salt/boiling water and cleanse aftwards

- Stay consistent; stop switching from product to product

- Stick with two simple routines, AM and PM

- AM:

Boscia Clear Complexion Cleanser

Clinique Mild Clarifying Lotion

- PM:

Sea salt cleanse

Scrub forehead ONLY, with St. Ives Apricot Scrub

- Couple times a week:

Mario Badescu Glycolic Foaming Cleanser

Sea salt steam and cleanse

- Change pillow case 3 times a week

- Rinse face with water after school

TO QUIT

- Benzoyl peroxide lotion

- Anything too harsh or chemical in nature

- Touching/picking face

- Being depressed about my skin!
