Taking ZMA and the Impact on Acne

I've recently been having a hard time getting to bed early. I've tried various techniques like reading before bed and deep breathing none of which have been helpful. So I want to try some kind of supplement to help me sleep. Since I workout and need stuff to help my muscles recover, I recently heard about ZMA. ZMA is a zinc/magnesium/Vitamin B6 supplement that helps with muscle recovery/growth but also helps with sleep.

I've been doing my research on ZMA and have not found many negative things about it. I read up on these boards and didn't really find in-depth info on it. So for those of you who take ZMA, how has it affected your acne? My acne is moderate and it gets better but not completely clear. I haven't taken ZMA but a few people said that ZMA made their acne worse. Others say it got better with ZMA. I'm curious to know how it has affected you. The last thing I want is to worsen my acne.

If you need more background info as to why I want to take ZMA just let me know. Thanks for any input!
