Treating mouth Acne

I'm a bit unsure how i should be treating acne right around my mouth (1cm below lip, or less). Should i still use bp?, or is the skin too harsh? Should i use moisturizer as well? Since acne seems to group up in that area, is touching it (even just to clean) what is spreading it? I'm so confused haha. Thanks for any help/experience you can give. P.S. i use duac AM/tazorac PM/doryx 1 daily

I used to get really big ones on the corners of my mouth and they take a long time to go way if you pick at them or mess with them. I apply Burt's Bees Blemish stick on them. This make the head hard and yellow but if you just wait another day it will fall off and you'll just be left with smooth pink skin under, like a scab when it falls off. The mark will fade though. Those mouth pimples are annoying though, I know.
