First of all, hi, I'm west-coast_skater. I have really oily skin, and hate acne.

So I'm a freshman in high school, and I am going to bring this one sophomore girl to the Back-to-School dance tomorrow. I really want to look good, and these red marks on my face aren't helping. Is there anything I can do to make them smaller or less red?

Wow, that's a tall order. When I was in HS and had a lesion I wanted to make as small or colorless as possible, I would use some prepared regular oatmeal (thick) and leave it on overnight. It sounds stupid, but the drying action worked and caused a reduction in size. Almost every acne treatment takes time to work. A drying mask or, alternatively, a masking agent (e.g., clearasil or oxy 10% benzoyl peroxide tinted cream) are the only quick fixes I can think of.

Good luck.
