Closed friggin comedones suck.

What is the best way to get rid of closed comedones like the ones in the below picture? Will they eventually go away? Right now Im using some products called Environ that has a pre-cleaser, toner, and moistruizer with Vitamin A in it.

I have like tons of these closed comedones on my face, and they have been there for awhile.
