What Are the best supplements for acne?

Based on the majority opinion in this forum:

-Urine (either by wiping it directly or drinking it)

-Fresh feces

-Zinc (the more the merry!)

-Vitamin A, C, D, and E (can't get enough of them)

-A bunch of fruits (eat fruits all day long!)

-Lots of chewing gum (it keeps teeth healthy and gets food out of crevices)

-Not much exercise (it causes you to sweat and we all know sweat causes acne!)

-No Whey protein (muscles are bad and whey protein makes you break out!)

-No creatine (just because it is legal doesn't make it right!)

Based on my opinion:

-Good multivitamin

Based on who's skin is better you decide.

I exercise alot lifting weight mostly but the gym i go to is great is not warm

I never sweat hehe

I take whey protein alot , and have no problem :(

Supplements didn't work for me. You can check my sig.

UNFORTUNATELY, exercise is good for you!

I say, don't skip your workouts because of your skin! The most you exercise the more stress you relieve, the better your acne.

Zinc, B-complex and C were the first things that ever helped me. You can get them together in one pill, usually referred to as a stress formula. But you need C throughout the day.

And to that I would add Fish oil and a probiotic. Or eat a lot of oily fish and yogurt or kefir. And eat real food to straighten out digestion, liver function, adrenals, inflammation, etc.

eliminate stress and worry during the day, get away from people that stress you out and situations that piss you off, then get the best nights sleep ever by eliminating all light and noises that could interrupt it, and i mean pitch black darkness so when you open you eyes it seems like they are closed and supplement with 1mg of melatonin and hour before sleep to ensure its presence in your body.

This will make you feel more healthy then any vitamin ever will, improving your emotional well being and sleep quality, they actually are connected as the better sleep you get, the better you handle stress, and the more stressed out you are the more your sleep quality suffers.

after this, then worry about vitamins, get some cod liver oil(efas and vitamin a&d), borage oil(gla), alpha lipoic acid, b vitamin complex, and multi, resveratrol seems to help my acne too.

Supportive relationships also will make you feel better then any vitamin will too, although these take time too cultivate. I Like to take a psychological approach to improving health as the mind and the environment it is in is just as important as the chemical makeup of the body.
