Well guess i am done going on this forums for a while

thx for everything , :)

No matter what foods i eat i still get acne... someone said is hormone..

well my dad had bad acne ... that's y i get acne.. But proactiv seems to help

I am going to try and be happy and ignore my acne...

Just gotta be happy and have fun... BUT i still eat healthy of course. like 70-90% lol

now i am in a gym plus i work.. now i buy high protein foods

is on sig... those are what i eat.

Did you try a strict low-glycemic diet? Because it seems like some of the things you are eating, if you have insulin sensitivity, might be holding you back from clearing your skin. Like the snack bars, soymilk, red meats and certain fruits and vegetables.

I didn't know they made Ezekial cereals. I can only find the bread at my local grocery store, no other products from them.
