Apple Cider Vinegar questions

My friend has tried ACV and it seems to be working for him really well. He told me he's been using it for about a week and a half and he just dabs it on a cotton pad and smears it on his face before he goes to bed.

I heard about ACV before but never thought of trying it. I heard it smells like shit. >_<

So I have some questions before I get some ACV.

First of all...where can I even get ACV? Would I be able to find it in a regular store like Shop Rite or Path Mark? Or would I have to go to some specific health food store? (Not too much of a problem since I live in New York and everything is 10 minutes away :P)

Second, how exactly should I use ACV? I heard people put it on their skin, others drink it and some do both. Which would you people recommend?

And third, does it dry out skin or make it red?

Buy Braggs Organic Apple Cider Vinegar. The problems with generic brands is the acidic levels. Do not apply it straight to the face. Try a 3:1 ratio (water to acv).

I use to do it topically, but I noticed the next day I could smell it. You face absorbs it then when you sweat you could smell it. >_<

Search the forums and find the huge ACV thread. You will find a lot of help there.
