I will be starting Accutane in a few weeks, and my visit with my derm to finally get the prescription was able 2 minutes long (We had discussed it before) but she never explained the iPledge system.

When do I need to log on? She mentioned something about taking quizzes, but is that only when Im ready to fill the script? I have to wait the freakin month for the pregnancy tests, and just have to call her once I get my first set of labs (Im phoning it in since Ill be away at school). Is there anything I need to do before I talk to her?

After your blood test, you'll be able to go online and fill in the IPledge questions. Then, once your derm reviews your bloodwork, you can pick up your prescription (assuming there is nothing wrong with your bloodwork). Good luck!

I have a question.

I'm a male patient and all I got was an iPledge binder with the iPledge card. Do I need to go online and fill out anything? My dermatologist didn't give me any information about going online so I'm assuming I don't have to?

Thanks guys!

My Accutane comes in Tuesday. :)
