Problem with DKR and Cetaphil Moisturizer

As the title says.

I wash with cetaphil cleanser

wait 10 minutes

medicate with dans bp

wait 10 minutes

put on cetaphil moisturizing lotion

The problem here is that cetaphil is really thick and white, even when i apply to my face normally, it takes alot of spreading to get the cetaphil to be comepletly transparent. However, when i apply cetaphil on a Benzoyl peroxide layer, its completely white and wont blend in, no matter how hard i try.

WHICH MOISTERizor do you guys recommend that comes on clear and goes nicely with the BP? Dan's moisurier any good?

I'm not sure exactly what it is you mean, but i have noticed the cetaphil is a tad thick. Heres what i do:

Cleanse with Dan's Cleanser

Wait 10 min

Apply BP

Wait 10 min

Apply Cetaphil Moisturizing lotion (night only)

What i do to make it spread easier is i add a few drops of jojoba oil to it. It makes it a bit easier, but i find it gets really hard to smear on after its spread out a bit.

I thought using Vaseline will clog pores???

If I were you, I would use very little of Cetaphil Moisturizer and dab on my face instead of applying it and smearing it together with BP. Adding Jojoba oil is a good idea too.

Actually, you don't need to wash your face in 10 seconds with Cetaphil cleanser. It is very mild, you can take your time, as long as you are sure you have cleansed well. I usually take about 30 seconds for washing.

You can thin out the Cetaphil lotion by adding a few drops of water to it and mixing it in your hand, then apply it. I've also done that with Moisturel too. And make sure you aren't using too much. A little goes a long way, like maybe try two pea-sized blobs.
