Fish: Salmon, Flounder etc.

So is fish good or bad for the skin? I've read in some places that certain fish can cause an increase in hormones which can cause breakouts. I've also heard that fish is really good for complexion and toning and makes the skin glow...Any truth to either of these statements? I don't eat it much, probably once a week or every other week but I would like to start eating more if it's good, I basically live on chicken and need something new. I usually eat tuna, salmon or flounder when I do eat fish, are these good or bad for the skin?

I'm not very sensitive to breakouts from food other than really preservative packed, sugary foods. I don't think diet effects my acne much in terms of things causing flare ups so I doubt I'd actually breakout from fish but was curious if it does anything positive or negative.

fish is great for ur skin but if you get sick of eating it or w/e just take about 3,000mg of fish oil it does the same thing

I always eat canned salmon ^^

I never saw Salmon gives acne

Is very healthy , especially eating it on salads + extra virgin olive oil and avocados :D
