Doryx - Differin - Duac

I've been having mild acne for the last 10 years. I finally decided to see a Dermatologist. I haven't started my prescriptions yet, but the following was what I was prescribed: Doryx 150mg, Duac for AM and Differin for PM for 6 months.

Is it necessary to have all 3 combination?

Isn't antibiotic for 6 months too much or too long? I've read postings of people developing stomach problem. I got some kind of food poisoning a week ago and is still feeling the remaining mild symptoms. Should I pospone the antibiotic until it all goes away or would it actually help cure faster?

6 months is typical time period for an antibiotic. You should ask you physician/dermatologist for a qualified opinion. I have no clue whether Doryx will help with food poisoning or just make you feel worse.
