DAN or anyone- Co-pharma aqueous cream

Recommended Posts

I bought 'Co-pharma aqueous cream today' when I went lloking for a good moistouriser. I asked at the pharmacy for Eucerin and they said they didn't have any and it was too 'greasing.' Then she gave me this. It was only £1! Ithink she said I should wash with it, but it will also act as a moisturiser to help with the flakiness of bp. Has anyone else used it? What were your experiences?

I don't know much about aqueous cream...it is an occlusive moisturiser which means it really seals the skin with a layer of oil to stop moisture loss (as opposed to a humectant moisturiser...which increases water content and water holding capacity). I know it is usually used for dry skin conditions like exzcema and dermatitis. Be weary of any pore clogging potential.

Is it a no-no then? I used it and today I had more spots than normal. Maybe this caused it? Do you think it could be useful for shaving?
