Wheatgrass powder

I bought some a while ago but ive never really got into giving it a proper go, but i would be interested in doing so now. Has it helped many people on this board?

I feel as if when i include it in my smoothies i get more spots. Is it possible that its just cleansing? I know its supposed to be so beneficial and helpful, so it would be a shame to have to stop using it.

I started using it in smoothies again and the breakouts have began again. I really believe its down to the wheatgrass. I want to stop it because of what its causing, but i also want to carry it on encase it is just cleansing my body and things will improve soon.
