has been very relaxing for me. I dont feel as worried about my face as I did. I feel so laid back. Its great. (:

Has anyone else tried meditating and felt this way?

I would love to meditate as well,because I am a person who worry too much for everything,sometimes I even have anxiety,but I dont know how :wall: ,mmm should I buy a book or something?

Haha, t'is very easy. (:

It feels so great to relax. I have a much more open mind and Im becoming more optimistic.

I find myself meditating like, every two hours! I feel so nice. (:

you meditate every two hours,wow this is so nice!How do u find time and place?Long time ago I bought a book to tell me how to practise yoga,but huh I couldnt do it even two times,it's very hard when you are very nervous and impulsive among others... :rolleyes:

oh and how long do u meditate?

School Vacation. xD

I just started like a week ago, I havent been doing it since school. Lol.

I just feel so nice afterwards.
