Hey all,

I have heard that cutting all processed foods out of your diet can help reduce acne. I've tried this and found that it does help a little bit, though I've never stuck with it for very long. But since my acne has gotten a lot worse over the past month or so I am going to give it a try again.

But I am also trying to gain weight. So does anyone know of some good all natural foods that have a lot of fat in them?

Fat from foods doesn't necessarily make you gain wait... it's the calories that do. But, fat usually carries a lot of calories with it.

Nuts, raisins, and other dried fruits are good, natural, high-density foods with lots of calories. I can't think of many other things at the moment.

I read from the lemon & olive oil cleansing method that you can just drink this juice several times a day to gain weight. Look it up, there's a big thread about the lever and gulbladder cleansing.
