Deadbeat007 0 Share Posted July 28, 2008 I was prescribed Accutane already - I'm starting August 6th. I started taking the BCP weeks ago, but after a bad breakout due to it, I stopped. I'm not sexually active, so there's no chance of pregnancy (if there was, I'd stick with it). I definitely don't want to start that 4-week wait again, so I tell my derm that I'm still on the BCP.I just want to make sure - the only way they can tell you're off it is if you get pregnant, right? (lol) I know it sounds very far-fetched, but I just want to make sure it's not evident that I'm not taking these pills when I get my blood or urine test the 6th...Sorry for the weird question, and thanks! escocesa1 0 Share Posted July 29, 2008 Thanks for asking that cause I have done the exact same thing and was also worried that they might be able to tell and then would refuse me my next prescription.
