Liver our vital organ !

Just something i wanted to share with you guys . Our liver is very important in our body our liver cleans the blood ( alcohol drugs chemicals , neutralizing and destroy poisonous substance , regulate body fuel , produce storing and supplying energy (glucose ) , produce and store up fats , manufacturing essential body preoteins ,regulate the sex hormones and thyoid ,regulating body cholesterol and vitamins ,minerals ...and etc ....

And i guess because our liver do not function properly , that is when the time acne start forming up ... it is best for us to take care internally and externally ...

Foods that cools down the liver

-Sugar ( not fermented sugar or anything ) ..cane sugar is good for the cooling of liver

-White rice ....white rice rice rice ....



-fruits and veges

-green tea


-olive oil

Foods to avoid and may be a harmful potential to our liver and acne

-white bread

-chinese tea



-too much salt

-Diary products


-Chicken ( consume only small amount )


Oh yeah and red meat too .....
