Coconut oil store temp

My climate, the temp sits around 25-32 celcius, which is about 77-90 degrees fahrenheit. I'm going to start taking 3 tblespns a day of coconut oil, so if I keep it in the fridge it just goes ROCK HARD and is not possible to dip a tablespoon into it.

Is it ok if I store it outside the fridge in my climate, it won't go 'off' or anything?

It takes years upon years for your coconut oil to go 'bad'. I leave mine in a cabinet, and it's nice and liquidy. I dump a tablespoon in it, and just drink one each meal.

Haha, yeah I did the fridge thing once...hard as stone. I put it next to a toaster oven on 400º for like 10 minutes and it didn't do jack. :(
