I'm taking ACV amongst a few other things on a daily basis, help with digestion and internal flushing to a milder degree, and I was wondering how much you should get in a day?

I basically do 2 tblespns with a green smoothie in the morning (do you think those compliment each other??) and then another tblespn in the afternoon and at night. Total 4 tblspns/day.

Do you think I should have more or less? I thought 4 is a pretty good number.
