well it seems REALLY HEALTHY and simple, so if your acne comes back, it would be easy to eliminate whatever is causing it.

i recommend flax oil pills or ground flax seeds

green tea

rooibos tea

pantothenic acid (vitamin B5)

and 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar per day (it tastes terrible though, so beware)

Yes it can destroy your enamel.. mix into a glass of water or juice (or whatever you prefer) and drink it through a straw straight to the back of your mouth avoiding your teeth.

The foods that you listed seem fine in relation to what most people normally break out from. Most people here will recommend you stick to meat, fruits, veggies, at least to begin with.

Are you a body builder? Or training for something? The Animal Pak seems overwhelming and perhaps not necessary if you're eating a nutritional diet.. unless of course you are in training for something. And same with the Vega, there doesn't seem to be any common "acne triggers" in it, but you are obviously not a vegan or a vegetarian, so I wonder why you need to supplment so heavily? I'm going to assume that you are using it as a protein shake to help with muscle mass?

Thanks for assuring my diet is good.

I am athletic. Vega gives me needed macros (proteins, carbs, fats), and it contains no gluten, sugar or dairy. So it is a athletic shake that is anti-acne.? The same goes for Animal Pak...great micro nutirents, and I don't see anything that would cause a breakout.?

OMG, my skin is finally clear after 10 years. I had severe acne in my teens and moderate acne recently. How did I clear it? Diet. All I did was avoid the following (in order):

1) OIL. If I need to use oil, I use coconut oil, and still it is a MINIMAL amount. If I eat fried foods, the oil is immediately expelled thru my face and I breakout the next morning. I avoid oil at all costs.

2) Sugar. Not as bad as oil, but soft drinks break me out. I make sure the nutritional profile of my foods has minimal sugar. Even if sugar doesn't break you out, it is very unhealthy and should be avoided.

3) Diary. Too many hormones. Plus we don't have the enzymes to digest it. I avoid it for skin and health reasons.

4) Gluten. Many people are gluten intolerant. It is very acidic, and I avoid for health and skin reasons, like dairy.

Oil is by far the worst for me. Sugar is bad too. Avoiding these like the plague has cleared me up. Avoiding gluten and dairy is supposed to be good for skin. But even if dairy and gluten are safe for my skin, they aren't easily digested so I avoid them anyways.

One last note...I am pissed that doctor's have not told me this. Do you know how many things I tried and bought to clear up my skin. I could of had clear skin during university. Anyways it is clear now....just waiting for the scars to fade.

THANK YOU FOR THE HELP GUYS
