I need help setting up a grocery list...

Recommended Posts

I just started bodybuilding and I was on a bodybuilding type diet, which broke me out terribly. I am going grocery shopping in a while and I would like you guys to suggest me some food: such as fruits, veggies, spices, meats. healthy snacks, oils, that help in bodybuilding but don't irritate acne.

P.S.- I think the cause of my breakouts was either the large amounts of peanut butter, soy milk, or the tuna. Those were the only new things I added to my diet, and I stopped consuming as much fruit.

Thanks.

What did you end up buying? Can you post (a link to) your body building diet? I'll get you list if you tell me your likes and dislikes.

Thanks so much for posting this!

First off...what's "Pile of Rabbit Food"?

Next....do you realize how much dairy you are consuming w/ the above?

Also, what type of acne do you normally get?

What type did this diet give you?

I have my suspicions, but I'd like your answer first

I get whitheads only, I dont get big cystic acne, only on my neck and back.

I am not 100% sure what "pile of rabbit food" is, I just copied and pasted a diet that i was somewhat following. I dont take any of the whey or other supplements posted in the diet. But I do follow the rest of the diet.

That's a very clean diet as it is, minus the fact that I don't see any fruit or veggies. I would keep it and look for a non diet way to treat acne.

That is what I was wondering? I consume brown rice anyway. Any tips on any more muscle building food that won't irritate acne as much?

Dam, I wish I could just eat anything. Its either skinny without acne, or muscular with acne. It just isn't fair.

If you ever want to put on size you are going to have to forget about this 'acne free diet' bs. Get on Accutane and bulk away my friend.
