hey guys just wonder if diet play an important role in your skin . some acne might be allergic to certain types of food and as far i know our diet itself are causing us so much trouble . i do not blame genetic and it does not lead to acne or so whatever . but i think it is about fixing internally and it is a sign of our body to show that our body is full of toxins .

currently i am switching my diet 360 degree

-consume loads of diff and various fruits

-whole loads of water

-drinkking goji juice ( check out more about goji)

-stop dairy products no sugar ,no rich is like fasting just vege and fruits

-Heard vegetable oil cause hormonol imbalance ( stop taking oil too )

currently going through it for 3 days ..planning to do it for a month .

Everyone out there is like searching for the best cleanser and stuff but i just wanna highlight about this diet issue and whether it is true

There is no scientific evidence that acne is caused by your diet which i am surprised about. Although, if you realize from trying different foods elevates the amount of acne you have, simply stop eating/drinking that specific food/drink.

Diet does really play a role but if you see that certain foods break you out then you should cut back on that certain food.
