hey you should try the MSM cream instead, because it is supposed to directly help out with acne. It is supposed to really even out the tone of your skin, fading the red marks from left over acne and any other blotches on the skin. You can get some of the cream at iherb.com. what you should do is go to http://pub106.ezboard.com/babsoluteacneinfo for much more info on MSM. peace

When taking MSM, you need the same amout of vit C at the SAME time to make it effective.

Other products you can use for detox - NAC or ALA (Alpha Lipoic Acid) - these are all suplphur compounds and very strong antioxidants - they will help detox your body of toxins and heavy metals (mercury, lead, copper etc..) that can create acne.

This type of detox is called chelation terapy, as it chelates/binds heavy metals and fluhes them away out of the body.

You also need to take a good multi along with this.

Good luck

Take either 600mg NAC OR 200mg ALA with a multi Plus all the supplements you mentioned - that will make your detox very powerful.

If you want, it is worth supplementing with some salmon fish oils for omega 3s as well.

These internet stores supply around Europe:
