Oil Cleansing Method after exercising question help!

I first want to say hi! I'm new to this forum and this is my first post! I have been doing OCM for about 2 weeks now and it has been helping but I wanted to ask if anyone had any suggestions of what to use on your face after doing a workout? Should you do another OCM session or is two in one day to much? Is there another type of soap that you could get thats all natural that would be good? Lemme know, thanks!
